Favorite TS in Epcot?

Tried getting ADR's at LeCellier for June 2 or 3rd.... they are booked.

So, what's another great TS in Epcot? I'm trying to make the most of our little 3 day getaway without the kids.

I've heard good things about the Japan restaruants.

We enjoyed France (the one downstairs - I forget what it is called).
Coral Reef is enjoyable, especially if you have children who will enjoy the aquarium.
Another idea is to leave Epcot through the back entrance to the resorts and go to Yachtsman Steakhouse (our favorite restaurant)

coral reef is great for a sit down meal. the atmosphere is cool and the food was delicious (i highly recommend the chocolate wave for desert). if you like buffets, walk through the international gateway and go to the cape may buffet.
