favorite "The Weather Channel" person

my wife hates that i watch this for hours on end (it's great background noise).....i argue with other TWC friends/fans on which one is the best...

i like most of them but my top three are schwartz, mancuso, and seidel(although i feel sorry he has to travel so much-he has a child i think)....sometimes seidel and abernathy slip in there, but my favorite overall.................

he just gets pumped up about everything happening even after he has repeated the same thing over and over for hours......

I really like Paul Emmick (AKA Bigboy). He and Schwartzy used to be on together, and I think they caused a little too much trouble, so they had to be separated! LOL!!!

We've always joked that the last person that you'd want to see in your area is Jim Cantori. He always seems to be in the middle of the worst storms. (We feel sorry for the guy.)

When we were coming back from WDW recently, we turned on the Weather Channel to see what to expect back home. We almost passed out when we saw that they sent a reporter to a town that was 15 minutes away from here!

As it turned out, it wasn't that bad. Since it wasn't Jim Cantori, we avoided the dreaded "Weather Channel Curse."

Gotta be Jim Cantori! Does anyone remember George Elliott? He used to be on years ago and he was very goofy. Several years ago while at Myrtle Beach, we were tuned to a station out of Wilmington, NC and there was George! Still goofy! As far as I know, he is still there. And what is the deal with Jill Brown? Left WC for CNN, then see her back at WC; but haven't seen her in awhile. Anybody know? I really like her, too.

I went to college with him. Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vermont.
I was a freshman when he was a senior. Played softball at the same time, but that was about it. It's a very, very small school, so everyone knows everyone on at least an informal basis.
Lyndon State turns out many, many meteorologists. Anyone on the N.H. area might know Al Kaprelian (Good EEEEEEEEvening.)
He went there too.
