Favorite Sweet Treat

There's a bar that's served at Beach Club Marketplace, and I think I've also seen it at Wilderness Lodge Roaring Forks. It's got coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, is real gooey, I forget what it's called.

Where can I find those?

The snack stand (big top treats?) in Pete's Silly Sideshow back by Dumbo has a great selection. Plus we've found their rice crispie treats to be very fresh. We like stopping there to pick out a treat (usually after seeing Minnie & Daisy)

Where can I find those?

At Magic Kingdom: The Confectionary and Big Top Treats. Hollywood Studios: Sweet Spells. Disney Springs: Goofy's Candy Company. I like to go to Disney Springs close to the end of the trip and get a chocolate-caramel apple to go. They actually have to-go containers for them there (I can't confirm about the other places). Supposedly they are good for 5 days.

I can't pick just one:
-Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at Liberty Tree Tavern (Magic Kingdom)
-Mickey head rice krispie treat from Goofy's candy shop (Disney Springs) covered w/ milk chocolate and butterfinger pieces
-Chocolate caramel tart from the bakery in France (Epcot)
-Peanut butter pie at the Contempo Café

ETA - I forgot one! Ooey Gooey Butter Cake ice cream from Ample Hills Creamery (on the Boardwalk).

I have a lot of favorite treats at Disney. Here are some...
  • Chocolate Caramel Apples (I like to get mine from Goofy's Candy Company at Disney Springs)
  • Goofy Gummies (You can get these at just about any Disney store. My DH and I stock up on them every trip!)
  • Croissant Donut at Epcot (at a stand in between Future World and Canada)
  • Butterfinger Cupcake (called something else but can't remember what) at Trolley Car Cafe (aka Starbucks) in Hollywood Studios. This is probably the one dessert I couldn't do without at Disney.
  • Carrot Cake Cookie at Sweet Spells in Hollywood Studios (it's really more of a whoopie pie)
  • Dole Whip (pineapple soft serve) swirled with vanilla soft serve. Even though we were not staying there, we watched the MK fireworks from the Polynesian Resort beach (awesome view with the music piped in) and had that treat. It was romantic!
  • Sundaes at Beaches and Cream (DH loves the Milky Way Sundae in particular) - this is at the Beach Club Resort. I do not suggest going there for dinner - it's overpriced - but the sundaes are awesome.
  • Ice cream at Ample Hills Creamery at the Boardwalk is fantastic and very good quality. I can't give a great review because we were already so full when we went (but didn't want to miss out on trying it).
  • Almond-Crusted Cheesecake at Narcoossee's (fancy restaurant at the Grand Floridian) - unique and decadent!
  • Ghirardelli Ice Cream Sundaes at Disney Springs

Dole Whip from MK
Peanut Butter Pie from Contemporary
Caramel shortbread square from Karamel Kuche in Epcot
Butterfinger cupcake at Trolley Cart (used to be Starring Rolls) in DHS
No Way Jose from Beaches and Cream
Magic Cookie Bar (we would get it from PORS but I've heard you can get it from other places too)

School bread from Kringla Bakeri og Kafe
Chilled zebra domes from The Mara
Dole whips from Pineapple Lanai (it's much more relaxing to enjoy them at the Poly)
Bailey's and Jack Daniels mousse from Coral Reef
Creme brulee from Les Chefs de France

Does the Ooey Gooey ice cream taste like the cake? If so, I'm so there! Creme Brûlée at the Boulangerie Pastrie (or whatever it's called now) is excellent too. It makes an excellent breakfast-so I've heard-

Dole Whip float, school bread, caramel apple from Germany, giant donuts from Joffrey's

I really love the Rice Krispy Treat. I know you can practically get it anywhere, but it just tastes different in Disney. I always need to get it from the Confectionary, as it has that "just made" feel to it and is nostalgic for me.

I also love anything from Boardwalk Bakery; I love the chocolate chip cookies at most bakeries; AND - the donuts at Joffreys are often overlooked but they're SO good.

I'm a total sweets fanatic. This past trip I was sitting down at dinner and looked at my sister as I realized "I haven't eaten real food yet today."

Mickey rice krispy treat covered in chocolate and candy. You can't beat that, especially when made fresh from a bakery omg. I'll get 4-5 per trip honestly. And I'm a health nut!

I think I've made these around christmas before to go into treat deliveries, and I don't even really like christmas, but I do like a reason to bake. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/91711/seven-layer-magic-cookie-bars/. They're not haute cuisine, but they are super easy to make and always come out.
