Favorite Sunscreen

We have been using Banana Boat for years, but it is just so greasy and hard to run in. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good sunscreen that is easier to rub in on an active 1.5 year old? I don't think he's ready for a spray yet, b/c he won't stand still, so I am afraid I will miss areas. Thanks!

We like Blue Lizard brand, but don't have any experience with the baby one, so I can't tell you if it is greasy or not.

The reason it is probably hard to rub in is because it likely has Zinc. Zinc makes it harder to blend but is one of the most important ingredients in sunscreen, and is in many particullary baby and kid formulas.
I LOVED the NoAd Disney sunsreen with Ariel on it (spf 50). Yes, I bought it for Ariel the first time but bought it for several years because it was great. This year I could not find it anywhere so I just bought a plain bottle of NoAd and it was awful. After trying many brands I am now back to Banana Boat and like it (as well as I can like the Zinc stuff.) With very fair skined children we always go with a Zinc sunscreen. But believe me, i wish there was a better way.
We liked the sprays, but found we used an entire bottle in one day for our family, no joke. That adds up after a long summer...

My favorite for a long time was No-Ad, but then they added the Disney characters and charged more for it.

Now I use Hawaiian Tropic Sport.

I used to like Coppertone's baby sunscreen. I was however, extremely grateful this year when DD was finally old enough to use the spray stuff.

Our family favorite is Ocean Potion the purple +50 it smells like orange sherbert YUM! We found it in Hawaii the lifeguards use it!

I use nutragena (hope I spelled that right) oil free face stick and lotion.

I L.O.V.E. the Aveeno for babies sunscreen! It's made up of safe ingredients and works forever. My DD has been out in the sun for hours in this stuff and never has to reapply. I have gotten it in her eye before too (oops) without irritation. Like I said, L.O.V.E. it!
