Favorite Subway Sub?

DH and I love to split a whole tuna sub on honey wheat. We love veggies and top w/tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, red onions, sweet onion sauce, shredded cheese, peppers on DH's half, then toast. Yum w/raspberry ice tea!! :goodvibes

Well I usually get a tuna on Italian herbs and cheese with tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, a tiny bit of lettuce, green peppers, onions, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add vinegar and oil or cheese.
I also like the meatball, turkey or the chicken and bacon one (but that one is expensive).

You guys get spinach in your Subways? I love spinach and it would be perfect on tuna. That sucks.

Well I really liked the cold cut combo but used to always get a 6" tuna because I thought it was a healthier choice. Then I found out the tuna is one of the highest calorie subs they have at 540 calories!

So now I usually get a veggie delite or turkey or ham, add lots of veggies, vinegar, a shake of oregano. DH could care less about calories and used to always get the footlong spicy Italian, but lately I noticed he's been ordering the cheesesteak. :cutie:

Turkey on wheat, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, sweet peppers and red win vinegar. The best part of all is it is only like 5 or 6 points on Weight Watchers and it is WONDERFUL!!!

I get the same thing along with cucumbers and green chili (a local offering). I also like to build a veggie sandwich on whole wheat or on honey oat. If I want high fat/calories with mayo and fatty meats, I'd rather eat somewhere else. Subway is great treat for lower fat/calories if you order wisely. :thumbsup2

I love the turkey sub on Italian Herbs and Che bread with swiss cheese, mustard, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, black olives, and salt and pepper. Yum!!!:goodvibes

All of you really like gourmet subs. I am a plain jane and haven't eaten at Subway in probably 10 years. I just get the turkey, bacon and chedder at Quiznos and am happy. No lettuce, nothing else on it but mayo. I feel pretty goumet eating just that.

Turkey breast on honey oat with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, green peppers and extra pickles.:goodvibes

I love the veggie sub on Italian herbs & cheese bread - Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, black olives, and a bit of honey mustard. YUM! :thumbsup2

Buffalo Chicken on Montery Cheedar bread.

Lots of buffalo sause, double american cheese, lettuce, salt and pepper, and lots of ranch sauce. The messier the better.

Nada. My kids LOVE subway, with their gross grey meat. We have TONS of delis and pizzarias here, which make wonderful, yummy sandwiches, and yet they like fake sandwiches. They also love dominos pizza, which doesn't even taste like pizza. :confused3

veggie delite on wheat. american cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeno and banana peppers, spinach, shredded carrots, black olives, green peppers. Mayo, salt and pepper.

Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, on either honey oat or flatbread. :lovestruc

My chicken's never been grey... :confused3

Two favs:

Subway Club (turkey, roast beef, ham, and... I think... bacon), on Italian Herb bread, with mayo, mustard, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, pickles, and a splash of oil and vinegar.

Sweet Onion Teriyaki, on regular white, toasted, with the special teriyaki sauce, provolone, lettuce, and tomato

My fav is the ham & swiss sub on italian bread with light lettuce, tomato, pickles, mild peppers and extra mayo!

Fortunately my meat has never been grey (lol).

Italian BMT or Spicy Italian, pepperjack cheese on Italian herbs and cheese bread with mustard and salt/pepper, and all the veggies (including jalapenos and banana peppers) except onions.

Or tuna on wheat with pickles, tomatoes, and mustard.

I get the same thing every time I go...turkey on honey oat with tiny bit of lettuce, tomato, onion, and a tiny tiny dot of honey mustard.

I tried tuna and well it didn't agree with me...but now that I think about it..it was probably because of being pregnant...there are just some things that do not agree with you and pregnancy.

Favorite is probably the BMT on honey oat bread with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, oil and vinegar.

Favorite $5 is the Cold Cut on honey oat with provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and spicy mustard.

I get the same thing all the time...Sweet Onion Teriyaki on Honey Oat with Cheese and extra lettuce! :) Yum!!
