Favorite Spot in the World

What is your favorite spot? Mine is standing right by Big Thunder Mountain where you can see the Haunted Mansion right across the water. I love how you can hear the dog/wolf howling, and then you see the boats going back and forth to Tom Sawyer's Island, and the Liberty Belle with all the people, then you hear a rumbling noise and you turn around and its one of the trains from Big Thunder Mountain going by. I wish I was there right now!

Gosh -- my favorite spot...

That would have to be on the bridge from Tommorrow Land to Fantasy Land, looking up at the castle to watch the fireworks, you can see everything from there -- its truly magical for me and I usually have a little tear running down my cheek as I am watching the fireworks (especially with the new Wishes display)

Yep... thats got to be a favorite of mine!

But there are so many more...

Sitting on a barstool at Jellyrolls Is anyone surprised by that?

Beyond that, a trip to Disney isn't a trip to Disney for me until I've ridden on Splash Mountain five or six times, so that's a favorite place for me.

World Showcase...after Illuminations...after most of the crowds have made the mad dash for the front...walking slowly while enjoying the music...seeing the reflections in the lagoon...watching the lights being dimmed in the countries and just enjoying it as the CMs shut the place down. It is especially magical if there was a short Florida rain that day that leaves the pavement wet and shiny. We also like arriving at the front where the lights are in the sidewalk and not having crowds interrupt us as we dance in the lights. It's made even better when it's not the last day of our trip and tomorrow is another day at the happiest place on earth.

Of course, I can't just give one answer, but I think I can keep it at two

The first is walking through the empty line of TOT, through the gardens with the fog and "We'll Meet Again" playing. That song manages to contain all of my memories of Disney World, and is so absolutely perfect to be playing at the Hollywood Tower Hotel. I love the anticipation of walking through this eerily beautiful garden, with the equally haunting music playing... perfect!

The other favorite spot is Main Street. I'm not picky- any spot will do, but a nice out-of-the-way bench near an open shop door (with the AC spilling out) is best. Even better, with a hot fudge sundae in my hand!

Ahhh, how can it be so nice to have these memories, and yet so difficult because you want to go back RIGHT now?

My favorite spot is by the statue of Walt and Mickey in front of Cinderella's Castle in MK. That's where I proposed to my wife!

From our September trip, it would have to be Main Street.

I'll probably have a new favorite spot after our next trip (in 11 days!!!) since we're focusing on Epcot and AK. Although, we are doing MVMCP... and we'll have to go to MGM for Millionaire, so... who knows?

It is very difficult not to have MANY favorite spots in WDW!

I loved MK for MNSSHP, that was *THE* best time I have ever had in the MK. I loved the whole park. I was literally skipping through the park on our last trip!

Epcot is my favorite park overall and I love being in the world showcase, anywhere is good, but usually Germany is best.

I do wish I could be there now. I am going through withdrawal! I just got back 10/31 and I can't stop thinking about the trip!

I was there 10/31 as well -- although we did not attend the halloween party (not by my choice) I want to go back as well -- I will be living in Tampa over the summer so I plan lots of trips and I will also be going to Paris Disney this summer - I CANNOT WAIT FOR THAT!!
