What are some of your favorite spots for an adult beverage when visiting the Disneyland Resort? And of course, please share your favorite beverages and bar snacks.

Mickey's Fun Wheel at Cove Bar. Nachos for sure but the Quesadilla rolls were huge and tasty.
Mosquito Mojito from Trader Sam's. Pu Pu Platter.
Classic G&T from Cathay Lounge ( my husband prefers the flight of whiskeys). We share some of the sushi rolls.

I 2nd Carthay Circle! It's close for me since we stay on Harbor, the cocktails are excellent, and the theming is lovely. My favorite drinks are classics and I always get at least one Dill Gin & Tonic while there. This coming trip I'm going to make a point to do tea and dessert in the lounge. There is this flowery earl grey tea that has my name on it! :-)

Anything at the Cove bar (because of the ambiance) and Irish Coffee at the Hearthside lounge inside the GCH - best I ever had!

Such a great thread! I was just looking at the menu for Trader Sam's. I want to spend some time there the night I arrive since I won't be in the parks that day. The menu doesn't have prices for more than wine. Does anyone know/remember some of the drink prices? I'm not expecting it to be the price of my local dive bar, but knowing what I'm potentially getting myself into would be extremely helpful for budget planning. Thanks!

This wont be popular but Trader Sams isn't my favorite. Their drinks are either in low volume martini type glasses or are in a smaller regular glass with LOTS of ice. What you get is very good but the value just isn't there for me.
Still, it a great one time experience.

You can get beer and stuff as well a little "cheaper" usually if I remember correctly it's like $10-17 for the mixed ones because some come with take home cups. I think the beers were like $7-8.

I also just love the margarita stand in the the food court area! Oh and the wine bar off to the side of the vineyard. you can get doubles in the green cups! :)

And the Uva round bar in downtown Disney.

Bar areas at Napa Rose or Carthay Circle are very nice. Trader Sams is also a hoot! It's tough to get a table inside, let alone at the bar, but bar seats are the best experience in there.

I just found out via instagram that Trader Sam's will make a dole whip drink upon request? Is this real? Has anyone had it? It sounds AMAZING!!!!!!

Nope. But I heard it's called a "Spikey Pineapple".

Moscow Mule at the Cove Bar! Anything with tequila at Tortilla Joe's!

The Lounge at Club 33 is totally amazing. We also enjoy The Cove Bar, The Hearthstone and the pool at the GCH, and The Golden Vinery in DCA.

Are you sure a Spikey Pineapple is available at DLR? I know they have that at the Trader Sam's at WDW, where the Pineapple Lanai (Dole Whip stand at the Poly) is adjacent to Trader Sam's.

I guess just a rumor. Or perhaps a secret menu like at In-N-Out.

The main problem is that commercial soft-serve/frozen yogurt machines are expensive, and if you could even get Dole soft-serve at the Disneyland Hotel, it would probably be well known. There would no way they would keep a machine around just for a secret menu item.

All the drinks...

Disney Cali Adventure is great for beverages of this sort.
- Carthay Circle
- Beer/Wine Trattoria
- Margarita Stand
- Cove Bar
