Good morning!

We're going to be on the DxDP in September. I figure with just the actual meals, we won't have much room left for snacks!

I will squeeze in a Dole Whip for sure :goodvibes and I am sure at some point I will have to get a cupcake ;). What are your favorite snacks??

Also, where is the best place to spend those leftover snack credits on items to take home? I think I read something about a caramel shop in Germany?

TIA!

When we were there this past Christmas it was the first time we ever used the dining plan. Several of us wound up being sick for a couple of days, so we had quite a few snack credits left over. The kids went to the gift shop the day we were leaving and used all the remaining credits on bottled water that they brought home. Not terribly exciting, but at least they didn't go to waste.

Favourite snacks: Dole Whip in Adventureland, Funnel Cake at the American Adventure, Mickey Ice Cream on a Stick, Popcorn as we are leaving whatever park at night to eat on the way back to the room.

Sweet cream cheese pretzel from the Lunching Pad at MK.:thumbsup2 Cloudberry Horn is delicious too! The strawberry tart from Boulangerie Patisserie in Epcot is another good one. :goodvibes

I love the dole whips, My ds14 loves frozen lemonade, ds15 loves milk shakes, and my dh loves anything at the boulangerie in france.

We use the left over snacks for 1) breakfast on the last day, 2) at the goofy candy shop in dtd. We have been to disney approx. 8 times and this has become a tradition.

A basket of chips at the U.K. in Epcot, or pretty much anything in the Boardwalk Bakery:thumbsup2

If you don't try the carrot cake cookie at Writer's Stop in STudios you have not lived

The Caramel shop in Germany is amazing! The smell alone...
I'm already dreaming about the hot fresh caramel corn....

We usually spend out last SC at Goofy's Kitchen. I believe we had 14 credits last year to use up. We took home lots of fudge and other delicious treats.

Jalapeno cheese stuffed pretzels and Dole Whip floats are my only two must-have snacks.

Love Love Love the red velvet cupcake at Starring Rolls in HS. It was delicious!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to go back and get one. The only problem is we don't have an actual trip planned yet! :sad2: I also love the ice cream sandwich cookie at the Main Street Bakery. Yummmm!!!!!! I making myself hungry now. :)

Funnel Cakes at the Magic Kingdom with Fruit on them. A family tradition for me to take each of the grandkids there by themselves and sit in the shade and spend some alone time. They are already asking if we are doing oldest or youngest first this year. Not sure they are excited about spending time with me or if they just like funnel cakes.

Same thing happened to us, but instead of water, we got about 15 MM rice krispie treats and gave them to our DDs classmates. They were very happy little pre-schoolers!

I second the carmel shop in Germany. Also the chocolate chip cookie icecream sandwich at the Main St Bakery (heard they were going to take it off the snack list) so get one if you still can.
