I see they have soup and some options that can be more of a meal(at least for little ol me) but I also see many ppl list pasteries type foods(which I cant do for breakfast.)
Please, Can you share snacks that you enjoyed as a breakfast or even lunch meal to hold you until ADR(most of mine are early 5-5:30)

For breakfast I bought , well at POR, yogurt with fruits mixed in and some sort of oats on top. My girls loved it.

I had this as a breakfast one morning on my last trip! It was delicious! I was at POP, btw. I think most resort food courts have this.

Love the little bowls of fruit, especially the fresh pineapple.
I like the fruit salad ones too, got one as my "dessert" a couple nights on that same trip.

I'm planning to try smoothies on my next trip for breakfast, it looks like they're only at the parks but it seems like they're available at all 4.

great Ideas. Ill look for smoothies, are they real fruit and yogurt or a mix do you know?
. We dont eat too early so it would be in the parks most likely. I see ham and cheese in france, that should be good.

Caramel apple and a Coke! What? It's fruit!

I have no rules in Disney :D

Now, I don't know if all the food courts have this option (I certainly would like to know), but at Captain Cook's, they had these self-serve ordering machines. I ordered a side of the scrambled eggs and a side of the sausage ($2 each) and I was able to use a snack credit for each. Mind you, many here shun the idea of using a snack credit for a $1.99 item, but we were on the DxDP and had more snack credits than we knew what to do with them and at least this was a breakfast snack option that was not going to spike your blood sugar level. HTH!

I like the tropical smoothies in Tomorrowland. I think they have real fruit in them but I don't know. I haven't tried them yet, but on my next trip, I want to use a snack credit to get beignets for breakfast from POFQ. I know they are a pastry, but they are a little different from the cream cheese/ cherry-filled pastries sold everywhere.

I really enjoy the fruit at Disney. It is typically very good quality, fresh and juicy.

Yogurt parfait perhaps? I really like them but they are very sweet!

I love the fruit bowls in the grab n go fridges. A bagel also does well now and then and those small pots of yogurt are perfect with fruit. I do wish they would sell unflavored yogurts though.

We mainly had fruit cups (which were always so delicous) and bagels. We never tried the smoothies in the parks but that's on our list this year!

Wow I actually just went through the list that's at the top of this forum 2011 confirmed snacks... and oh my! There are so many snacks I've never even thought about. Go check it out. You'll be hungry reading it though.

Thanks, I checked it out. I am going to print it out as a matter of fact.

Carmel apple and coke, lol, some ppl might call it a great start to a day:thumbsup2 but not a filling meal. I steer clear of coke unless there is a bit of rum and some lime in it:cool1:. I could pass on the apple though.

I see on the sticky list for snacks that 2 biscuits & gravy is considered a snack at the All Star resorts.
