I've eaten at:
Brown Derby
Artist Point
Yachtsman
Citricos
Flying Fish
My favorite is hands-down AP. I've been a few times and never disappionted. The menu has a good variety of different items, and a lot of things you dont find at the restaurants off-property. My favorite items there are the buffalo filet, and the mushroom soup (I could live with an IV of that soup..) I also love the atmosphere and the veiws of the WL courtyard.
Yachtsman is my 2nd favorite. I've been there twice and had excellet food and service both times. I'm a big steak person, so I liked being able to pick out my cut as the chef was cutting the meat.
Brown Derby is a great atmosphere, but truthfully I dont remember much about the food. I remember enjoying the meal, but the only thing I can really remember from any visit there was a coconut-crusted tofu i got several years ago. It was a unique and VERY tasty item, and I was upset to see it go.
Citricos is a beautiful restaurant, the food is great, and it's almost always empty. It always makes me feel bad because it has a lot to offer but I think everyone just focuses on Narcossees. It's my third favorite choice.
My least favorite was Flying Fish. I was just there last night, and while the steak was GREAT, the service was not so hot. I hate fish, and the only non-fish items were the steak, a very bland-looking pork chop, and some eggplant and goat cheese ravioli (and you get a total of 4 yes 4 ravioli for like $15 LOL). The deserts there were very good, and I would suggest this restaurant to anyone who likes seafood. It was very loud in there, and I was suprised at how lax they were at enforcing the dress code in there compared to the other signature restaurants (the person next to me had cut-offs on and a ragged old t-shirt, not to mention he was wearing an oily baseball cap). Do I reccomend people avoid it? Not at all! Will I be going back? Probably not, although only because the steak is really the only entree I would enjoy there (but oh that steak...lol).
