Favorite Seinfeld Episodes

“Elaine: Ugh, I hate people.
Jerry: Yeah, they're the worst. ”

My favorite is The Betrayal, but I also like The Understudy, The Cigar Store Indian, The Cheever Letters, The Soup Nazi, The Maid, The Merv Griffin Show, The Andrea Doria, and The Lip Reader.

But my favorite Seinfeld quote is from The Puerto Rican Day.

Besides the series finale, was there ever a BAD episode of Seinfeld? Besides all the others already mentioned, one of my favorite episodes is when they are visiting the Bubble Boy. George is playing Trivial Pursuit with him and there is a typo on the winning question. The Bubbly Boy goes crazy at George because he won't accept the obviously correct answer over the one written on the card.

Yes, I mentioned it earlier. The Dog (ie, Farfel).

I can't stand the barking dog throughout the entire episode. But I'll give the drunk/sick actor credit -- he was supposed to be annoying and he was! For me though, a little too annoying. The channel is flipped when this one comes on.

The episode (believe it was the first one) where Jerry invites the girl to stay with him & he's really into her. And then she asks to borrow his phone to call her fiancé. That was really bad - as was the dog one.

You're correct, it was the first one. Agree, it's not good.

The Bubble Boy, too funny!
Whenever we see anything that mentions the Moors on Jeopardy, Dh and I laugh ourselves silly as we correct from home with Moops!

The second episode contains one of my favorite quotes:

Jerry: "So do you date immature men?"

Woman: "Almost exclusively."

I actually rather like the finale. They deserved what they got!

Another favorite funny moment is when Kramer is answering the Movie Phone line because the numbers got crossed somehow.

"Hewo, and welcome to Moviefone. Please enter the title of the movie you wish to see."

beep boop beep

...

"Why don't you just tell me the name of the movie you wish to see?"

I loved the IDEA of the finale with all the old characters brought back one last time. I just don't think it quite clicked.

There is something between Jerry & Elaine when they're discussing how many attractive people there are in the world and Jerry says something about ugly people and the DMV, something like "Have you been to the DMV, it's a leper colony down there." Dh & I crack up at that one and refer to having to get our license renewals as visiting the leper colony. Not sure what episode that is....

Elaine: So you're saying 90% of the population is undateable?

Jerry: UNDATEABLE!

Elaine: So, how are all these people getting together?

Jerry: Alcohol

Oh oh oh! After giggling at all the details of what works up a frenzy on the Dis boards (ie, buttering bread, no problem vs. you're welcome) it made me think of Seinfeld.

Instead of look to the cookie, it should be look to Seinfeld. Although I truly enjoy this forum this little nugget fits in perfectly! Ah, Seinfeld never disappoints.

I don't know that I have a favorite episode. Too hard to choose. I have favorite parts of every episode. DH and I still quote Seinfeld all the time, but one of our favorite lines is "This is the most public yet of my many humiliations..." from The Abstinence. Love Jackie Chiles.

I love all of the Seinfeld episodes and think it is the funniest comedy show ever produced. Two of my favorites are The Soup Nazi and the one where George is caught urinating in the shower at the gym.
