Favorite Rooms

Hi! Sorry, I realized I posted this in the wrong place before so I'll try again. My husband and I will be staying at the Portofino end of May. I requested a Deluxe King on the West Side after reading many helpful posts here. Just wondering if any of you have stayed in a particular room that you really loved and would reccomend. Something romantic - maybe had a view of water with balcony. I know these are few and far in between but I figure it never hurts to ask right? Thanks!

3537 and 3551 are both deluxe king rooms with balconies. They are located on the top floor of the west wing with fantastic views of the bay. The view from 3537 is a little better and the room is very close to the elevator. These rooms are connecting rooms to villa parlors but they are not being used in conjunction with suites then they assign them as any other deluxe room.

Those are the rooms I'm trying for when we visit in July.
If those are not available, then you countdown odd numbers (1731, 1729, ect) until you get a room. If the number is too low, then go down a floor and keep trying.

RyGuy are those rooms with the larger balconies or just the standing ones? I imagine since they connect to make a suite they would be a good size. Thanks, I didnt have those in my notes! Were heading back in May and I have to figure out my requests too.

As an aside...we once stayed on ground level in a deluxe room that had a walk out patio that overlooked the villa pool. Although it wasnt made for walking out to the pool from your room, you could and we did (a couple times). That was long ago and I bet the greenery has grown in (but maybe not). I really liked that room.

Those rooms have full size balconies with a table and chairs. They are awesome! I once had a patio deluxe room as well. It was very hard to get through the bushes to the pool be we did it often.

I have a question? Do all of the deluxe rooms have views of the pool? Also do all rooms have balconies? We have booked a deluxe room with two queen beds.

The deluxe rooms have views of the bay, the villa pool or the beach pool. I dont believe there are any deluxe rooms that have garden views. Most of the rooms do not have balconies/patios. There are very few of them total for the entire property. You could put one on request on your reservation.
