Favorite ride,food, and character?

since I'm bored, let's share our favorite (or what you most want to do at the moment or what you are most excited for... whatever) ride, food, and character at Disneyland.
My mood changes day to day but I'd really like to meet Rapunzel and Flynn (haven't yet), I want to eat a Micky bar because that feels so nostalgic, and I can't decide between Haunted Mansion Holiday,Mad Tea Party (because DD4's smile on that ride is priceless), and Casey Jr Circus Train because it was my first ever DLR ride and I think it's adorable.

RIDE
Haunted Mansion is probably my favorite ride...
But I also really love Splash Mountain, Cali Screamin, Little Mermaid & Small World.

FOOD
Mickey Pretzel with cheese

CHARACTER
Tinkerbell and Minnie are my favorites to meet because they're so fun and full of energy everytime I go. Tiana and Ariel are also great.​

DCA:

• ride: Grizzly River Run
• food: banana spilt form Ghirardelli

This is fun! What I am most looking forward to:

Disneyland:

• Ride: Paint the Night (not a ride but I am soooo excited to see it again this holiday season!)
• Food: Monte Cristo (even though I can only eat a quarter of it)
• Character: Chewbacca

DCA:

• Ride: Tower of Terror (because it's going away )
• Food: Vanilla soft serve in a cone (why don't they have this at DL?!?)
• Character: Dug

Food: Plaza Inn fried chicken or Cafe Orleans Pommes Frites
Character: Rapunzel, Belle

Couldn't pick just one for any of them!!!

I can't pick one overall favorite for any category because I have way too many. But, the things I'm most looking forward to on my upcoming December trip:

Ride: Luigi's Rollickin' Roadsters- we missed it's debut by a week on our last trip, and I'm excited to try a new ride.

Food: Lobster nachos and a cocktail from Cove Bar

Character: Always love Minnie and Tiana

And I can't forget shows! I am so excited to see PTN one last time. I love it so much, I'll probably cry.

Ride: Splash and IASW are my MK favorites, but I'm looking forward to the nostalgia factor of all the Fantasyland dark rides and the Matterhorn, and I want to try Indy.
Food: Reading the disboards has me craving Plaza Inn fried chicken ALL the time. Also, I love pineapple dole whip.
Character: I have a soft spot for Pooh, because he managed to approach DD and get a hug, when all other characters scared her.
