Favorite Restaurants

As I am planning our trip to WDW, I am going to be including some (3-4) table service rest.s & probably a counter service per day in the parks. I would like to hear from you veterans who have eaten often in the parks as to what your favorite restaurants of each kind are; i.e. table and counter service. Please list 1) what park 2) what restaurant 3) why you like it or what is special about it. This will help me narrow down our choices possibly.
