18yo niece and I will be visiting for the princess half marathon. Recs for both lunch and dinner appreciated. Not sure yet what parks we will be visiting but staying at Dolphin. We are not picky and like all types of food, but want good quality. Already have a res at CG. Thanks.

When I was 17 my family went to 50s Prime Time Cafe and it was my favorite! Food is good and the atmosphere is really fun. Had some big laughs with the server and that meal is now one of my best Disney memories.

My kids like Sci-Fi, Beaches & Cream, Be Our Guest and Homecomin’.

You'll want Kimonos for sushi at the Swan. Quality and value for that quality.
Teppan Edo in Epcot is not too Disney overpriced for the quality.
Most of the Swan/Dolphin restaurants are a decent value for the quality. Il Mulino, Kimonos, you'll do ok at Picabu - I can vouch for the sandwiches at Fuel being pretty well done, also. Don't sleep on the choices at your resort. Eat there when it makes sense since they are pretty well regarded for quality and value.

My older teen's favorite restaurants are 50's PT, Tokyo Dining, Yak & Yeti, and San Angel Inn.

Magic Kingdom: My teens (boys) liked the Skippers Canteen
Epcot: San Angel Inn, Biergarten
Animal Kingdom: We head over to Animal Kingdom Lodge/Kidani and eat at Sanaa
Hollywood Studios: Sci Fi
Disney Springs: House of Blues and Raglan Road

My DD 16 said Sci-Fi, California Grill, Sanaa and Be Our Guest any meal when I asked her.

Edited to add: she would eat every meal at Ample Hills if given the choice. It’s pretty easy to walk there from the Dolphin and they have the best ice cream imo.

Raglan Road (open for lunch & dinner) would get my vote. Probably more fun with live entertainment in the evening (but be forewarned it can be LOUD). Swan and Dolphin have fantastic restaurants. Bluezoo and Il Mulino are favorites. Shula’s also gets rave reviews. Flying Fish at Boardwalk is also delicious. These last 4 all dinner only. Morimoto in Disney Springs offers an omakase menu, which could be a fun special dinner. And just about anywhere in World Showcase is fun. So basically I’m no help. :rotfl2:

my 18 yr olds favorites are BoG- dinner, Skippers Canteen, Pecos Bill, Sunshine seasons, and The hollywood brown derby.

My 15 year olds' favorites are Ohana dinner, Teppan Edo, BoG lunch, Sci-Fi, Via Napoli.

My 17 YO DGD favorites are Narcoossees, Skipper Canteen, Le CEllier and Kona for the burger and sushi

CS: Burgers are her thing so she liked Backlot Express burger.

As a teen I loved (and still love) Ohana. Cape May Cafe in the BC is also a very good option. Admittedly, its far from the worlds greatest sea food, but is tasty, and half way between where you are staying and Epcot!

If your willing to travel a bit, Boma in AKL is really delicious, and AKL of course has great animal viewing!

Just got back from our trip and my 19 and 18 yr olds both enjoyed Tusker House and Cape May Cafe for buffet meals. Chefs de France was a nice dining experience and Ohana was excellent food.

Our favourites for teens are Garden Grill, Liberty Tree Tavern, Beaches and Cream, and Hoop Dee Doo Revue. If you’re paying OOP rather than using the dining plan, the breakfast buffet at the Wave is excellent value and a calmer atmosphere than many of the other breakfast buffets.
