What is your must go restaurant when you visit Disney? We've been to Chef Mickey, Liberty Tree (love but is closed when we are there, Sci-fi, Tusker House for breakfast, Boma, Crystal Palace, Biergarten and Teppen Edo. We want to try some new places this time. BOG is impossible to get in, so it is out for now. We have Ohana booked for breakfast since both kids (9 and 6) love Stitch. I think I spend way too much time planning food...

While eating at a Resort it is a must to go to Boma at the AKL. While dining in a park I really enjoy Le Cellier in the Canada Pavilion in Epcot.

Our only must do every trip is Jiko, we literally cannot contemplate a trip without a meal here.

We like the home cooking at the 50's Prime Time Café. The fried chicken is great. We had a good meal at Mama Melrose last time. The pizza is good at Via Napoli. We also had a very good meal at Fulton's Crab House at DTD.

Raglan Road at Downtown Disney for the food and the atmosphere. Live bands and dancing. Tasty, top notch eats with good size portions. Often I am choosing between tasty food with not so great theming (eg Tokyo Dining, Cape May Cafe dinner) and OK food with great theming (San Angel, Coral Reef, Biergarten). Wonderful to have found both.

Table Service- dinner at Boma
Character Meal- breakfast at Crystal Palace
Quick Service- Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD

Presuming signatures are off the table, I'd suggest Via Napoli or Sanaa. Via has the best pizza, EVER. Sanaa has amazing food and savannah views for atmosphere

We like 50s Prime Time, 'Ohana and Garden Grill. We try something new each trip but these are our 3 constants. Did not care for CRT or the food at 1900 Park Fair dinner (loved the characters though).

On our last trip, we ate at Ohana Dinner, Hoop Dee Doo, Coral Reef, Hollywood Brown Derby, 1900 Park Fare, Be Our Guest, Kona Breakfast, and La Hacienda. All of them were great but the ones we definitely want to repeat are...
1. Ohana (atmosphere, good food, fun)
2. Hollywood Brown Derby (Cobb Salad and Filet)
3. Kona Breakfast (Tonga Toast but what I really love is the strawberry compote it comes with)

A runner up is actually the Coral Reef. We really liked the atmosphere, steak and mashed potatoes, chocolate wave, and service.

While we no longer "visit" as we live here now .... My favourite restaurants actually vary depending on what the criteria would be. Here are my favourites with different criteria.

Best Food: Flying Fish & Chefs de France

Best Theme: Sci Fi Drive In, 50's Prime Time Cafe & Be Our Guest

Best View: California Grill & Sanaa

Best Atmosphere: Rose & Crown (the pub anyway) & Raglan Road
