Favorite Resort Restaurants

So we are trying to plan a different kind of trip where we explore the resorts-
What are your favorite resort restaurants - TS and CS?? Thanks- I will keep you posted on my plans!

I'll say what places we've eaten at and if we liked/didn't like them. But really, it's only your opinion will be different than others so I'd try whatever sounds good to you!

AKL:
Boma- Didn't care for it

Beach Club:
Cape May Cafe- Yummy! Good place if you like seafood.

Contemporary:
Chef Mickey's -A must for us! We always eat here our first night!

Coronado Springs:
Maya Grill- Yummy!

FW:
Trail's End- Yummy!

GF:
1900 Park Fare- Another must for us! Great food, love meeting Cinderella and the Prince, and now you can meet the evil stepmother and the two ugly stepsisters!

Grand Floridian Cafe- Yummy!

OKW:
Olivia's Cafe- Didn't care for it

Poly:
Ohana- Yummy!

Spirit of Aloha Luau- A must for us!

POR:
Boatwright's- Didn't care for it

Saratoga Springs:
The Turb Club Grill- Yummy!

WL:
Whispering Canyon Cafe- Yummy and fun atmosphere!

I agree with tinkgurl:

Poly - O'hana's is fabulous. We stayed after dinner and watched the MVMCP fireworks from the beach. Beautiful.

WL- Whispering Canyon's is fun. We had breakfast there on Saturday. Good food! Try ordering a Coke with breakfast. We had the all-you-can-eat skillet and my 7 year old daughter asked for more eggs and bacon - they brought her about a pound of bacon and tons of scambled eggs. Best food value at WDW!!!

CR-Chef Mickey's is great, but kindof crazy and very busy. If you happen to have 8 or more in your group, do the magical gathering at Tony's in the MK. Same characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc.), but much less chaotic. Loved it!

I disagree about Boma's at AKL. I thought it was fabulous! My daughter liked it too (she was 5 at the time). She still talks about the fufoo (sp?).

Contemporary: California Grill is the best restaurant at Disney, in my opinion. I also read great reviews about The Wave. We intend to eat there on our upcoming trip in May.
