Which is your favorite district at Coronado? Have you ever tried a suite there?

Favorite area of Animal Kingdom Lodge? Worth a preferred room?

Favorite area of Yacht Club? Worth water view?

Thanks for the questions! I was just wondering if you had a specific room number of a great stay at any of these resorts....

We have only stayed in the Casitas section of the Coronado. We think all the sections (Ranchos and Cabanas being the others) are very pretty; we just prefer the themeing at the Casitas. We usually request Building 4 or 5 because it is close to the Quiet Pool and the spa which I take advantage of on every trip.

Stayed at YC many times, both lagoon and standard views. I will stay standard view if I can get a deal or a discount, but otherwise, lagoon view is awesome and I much prefer that.

I've only stayed in the Casitas, hoping to do that again. I don't remember what building but what was cool was that we could wake up and go straight to a bus stop in about a minute, we had a water view room. :thumbsup2

Casitas, building 4. This building has a quiet pool, the bus stop out back, the health club and salon, and a nice, peaceful walk to the main building thru the fountains, flowers, and theming. The only downside is that it is a little farther to the main pool area.

I haven't been to all of the resorts, just a handful (Pop Century, Polynesian, Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary), and my favorite is the Fort Wilderness Lodge.

I love the theme, it doesn't feel like a hotel at all. Plus, sitting in front of the fireplace late in the day is really something else! - The Polynesian is magnificent, don't get me wrong, but it's just too 'fancy' for my taste.. I'm not the richest guy on the block, so I'm always worried.. thinking I might break something. - The Contemporary used to be my dream hotel, since I was a kid.. but when I went there to browse (never stayed in the room, so I guess it can change) around.. it just seemed really dull (felt like an old folk's retirement home :rotfl2:) Though I did love the view of Magic Kingdom! - The Pop Century is very fun, sitting in the cafeteria or lobby is really fun.

That said, I'll definitely stay at any of those resorts. I don't have the money to spend $400 a day at one of those resorts (well, $250 or whatever they offer). And I go with the family, no one special ;)

I do want to goto the Animal Kingdom Lodge, but last time I was there they had it closed. So my next trip I'll make sure and browse around.. I know I'll like it! :earboy2:
