Favorite "relaxing" breakfast???

I too enjoyed the GF Cafe - but my dh felt it was not more than a fancy coffe shop type restaurant.
If you want to make it a really relaxing morning go to Boatwrights - having to get over to GF in the morning does not sound too relaxing to me (unless of course I have already had a big latte or something) otherwise Boma might be a fun change of pace or a Boardwalk area restaurant.

I know i am staying at POR- and Boatwrights is right there- however i wanted to do more of a "nicer" breakfasts @ one the deluxe resorts to get my money's worth from the dining plan.

i am leaning towards the GF- i would LOVE to do Boma- but not sure if want to do a buffet. we may go over to the AK lodge for a visit and try some of the African wines and stroll around the resort- i think it is so pretty there.

i would not been able to come to this conclusion without ALL OF YOUR INPUT! I LOVE this board!

my DH teases me now-whenever i tell him something he says "did you read that on your board"?! (sure you laugh mister- who's gonna be laughin' when you get all of your FREEBIES i order for you from the budget board! )

I love breakfast at Kona, but for relaxing and delicious Boatwrights is a winner!

My entire family enjoys Boma, both for breakfast and dinner. I've never found breakfast to be loud. Of course, I've never found the restaurant to be anywhere near full when we've eaten breakfast there.

Over our Christmas visit, we enjoyed breakfast at Spoodles (LOVED the Eggs Rotollo) and Kona (Yummy Eggs Benedict and Tonga Toast).

Try the Yacht Club Galley at the Yacht and Beach Club resort. It's very nice and relaxing and the atmosphere is lovely. Try the crab cakes benedict, yum! Heres there menu http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_ygb.htm

Another vote for Yacht Club Galley. I've had several wonderfully relaxing breakfasts there. One nice thing is that although they have a buffet, you can order off the menu if you prefer. When DH and I went, he ordered off the menu and I got the buffet.
