So lets start collecting those recipes so we can do a book either for DAP or for PCC1.5 or 2.0. And use the proceeds (after materials) for GKTW! Who is game?

Pete, you must include your family Marinara Sauce!!

My first one:

Mike and Ian's Meatballs (We make these for Christy at least once a week!)

1lb Ground Chuck
1 cup Italian bread crumbs to Mix in
1 cup Italian bread crumbs to coat
1 Egg
1 Cup Parmigiana Cheese
Basil, Tyne, Oregano, Salt, Pepper to taste
2 Diced Cloves of Garlic (more like 6 to 7 in real life)

Mix all in a bowl (minus the 1 cup of bread crumbs for coating and kneed with your hands.

Take your other cup of Crumbs and put in a Pan or bowl (large enough for coating).

Once everything is ,mixed well take an Ice Cream scoop and scoop out 1 meatball.

Roll meatball into a ball and then place in pan with crumbs and coat the meatball.

Place the Meatball in a Muffin Tin that has been sprayed with Pam.

place just a little bit of Parm on the top!

Cook in a Pre-heated oven at 350 for 20 to 25 Minutes!

Place in Marinara Sauce for 10 minutes or so for flavour!!

Oh that picture of the spaghetti and meatballs is too cute. I am sorry to say that I have no secret family recipes...and there are probably some copyright laws that would go along with me posting one of my favorites from my cookbooks ;) But I love the idea!!!

This sounds like a fun idea - and what a wonderful idea for a fundraiser, too! :thumbsup2 Love it! (Let me know if you need any help; I've done a few cookbooks for a company I used to work for and they're fun to do and everyone loves them!)

My recipe contribution will very much showcase that I am not really a cook, more of an "open up cans and dump stuff in" sort of person :rotfl: but this one is really easy!! Great for single people, kids in college, or anyone that wants a quick and easy meal!

Tortellini Soup

1 can prepared Minestrone soup (I use Progresso)
1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked and drained
1 package prepared tortellini, any flavor you like
Salt and pepper to taste

First cook and drain the sausage. Next, in a soup pot, combine the minestrone soup, cooked sausage and tortellini and heat until warm. Enjoy!

This is something that can EASILY be made into large or small quantities. Hope you like it! :wizard:
