How are Spice Road Table and Restaurant Marrakesh? How do they compare to Tangierine Cafe (besides being ts vs qs) and compare against each other?

HS QS for dinner around 5:45 pm late February: Woody's Lunch Box or ABC Commissary (have ADR so they bring me the food apparently)? Three young kids, one in a stroller. How difficult is it to get seating at Woody's at dinner? OOP if that makes a difference. Thank you!
