Favorite QS/counter at Epcot

We will be heading in January and staying in Epcot. I suspect most dinners we will have in Epcot. Not looking to spend a ton of money (ha). What are people's favorite qs/conter meals in Epcot? Specific dishes. Just looking for some ideas. Thanks.
