What are your favourite places to eat at both USH and City Walk?

We will be looking for a decent counter service in the park and table service at Citywalk later in the evening (probably)

On CityWalk it's all your standard, chain restaurants. Tony Roma, Bubba Gump,
Panda Inn. Wolfgang Puck. Depending on what kind of food YOU like any of them
are fine.

Inside the park counter service is quite "theme park" standard, too. Burgers, a
BBQ place, fried chicken, Panda Express, hot dogs... There aren't any that
stand out above the others. If you're in the mood for fried chicken they have
it, if you want a good ol' American hot dog, you can get one.

We are just there a few weeks ago and had the best themepark hamburgers ever at Flintstone's Bar-B-Q. They were thick and juicy not your typical dried out over priced mcdonalds type of hamburger. So, if you like hamburgers check out this place.

we struggled with the park food on our trip last year - which we found unusual for us as normally we LOVE "theme park food". we ended up eating at panda express which we didnt enjoy.

but we are keen to try the Flintstones BBQ this time!

citywalk - again they are the chain restaurants but coming from Aus they are all different for us. we went to Tony Roma's last time which was ok - great service though. and we also went to Karl Strauss Brewery which we LOVED.

so we're definitely heading back there when we are back in less than 3 weeks!!

we are also tossing up between bubba gump and hard rock for another dinner - which would you recommend based on food?

Just got back - really enjoyed Flintstones BBQ - huge portions too - had the BBQ chicken meal.

Also ate at Tony Roma's on Citywalk which we enjoyed - I did really fancy Karl Strauss's but didn't get to go.

We ate at Hard Rock and Bubba Gump's but not at Citwalk - went to Bubba's in Anaheim and Hard Rock in Hollywood. These two are always must do's. We got an amazing appetizer to share in Hard Rock - I think it was called Jumbo Combo - I had a pulled pork sandwich for entrée which I didn't really like to be honest. At Bubba's had the skewers with shrimp and sausage in a BBQ sauce.

We always eat at Bubba Gump's when we are at Universal. They have a nice outdoor eating area that is nice to sit at and people watch.
