The DW and I took our newly adopted DS to the "World" last month and of course I took many, many pictures. Some of my favorite ones are of our DS with expressions that are, well, as my DW says "just not right"

What do you guys think?

What is he doing with Tigger?

So, what are some of your favorite pictures that are "just not right"?

I love these pictures! He is a beautiful little boy! Congrats from one adoptive parent to another!

I love those pics! He is adorable! Congratulations on the adoption!

:rotfl: these shots are hilarious!! So cute---congrats again!

Congrats on the adoption!!!! I think I remember you mentioning your adoption before on the boards. Those pics are quite funny... and simply just priceless. I can imagine the future embarrassment when you show these to his girlfriends. ;)

He is absolutely precious! :goodvibes Congrats to you on the son born in your heart. May God bless your family :grouphug:

Thank you everyone... I always laugh when I see these pictures...

What do you mean "not right"? I think they're perfect. Definitely the stuff family folklore is made of! :rotfl2:

Congrats! I hope you had a wonderful trip!

Those are priceless Scott! She's nothing if not consistent, right? :goodvibes

What I mean is that was not really the expersion I was going for. Just happended to catch it and when you look at some of them, you think what the heck is he doing?

I get shots like that all the time, I am just not allowed to post them ;).

One of my favourites that DW took was our daughter's first visit with Santa. She is also adopted (internationally) and this was our first big outing with her - a Santa breakfast that some families who used the same agency put on for a number of years. The picture has Santa in the centre his right arm fully extended with a candycane in his hand, me holding my daughter to the far left of the picture, and her with a rather stern look reaching across to grab the candycane Santa is offering (apparently access to sugar often overcomes fear - to a point :rotfl:).

Not the photo we hoped for, but a great one for the scrapbook.

She actually broke this tradition by not crying during our family shots at the Magic Kingdom. She did sleep through them though. ;)

Ahhhh so cute! I remember when my kids where that small, but they aren't that small now!

DGD is NOT picking her nose :lmao:... just yelling ... which is her normal way of "communicating"! :rotfl2:
