Favorite off-site rental resources?

I'm in the beginning stages of planning a WDW trip for my extended family (18-20 of us). Do you folks have a favorite resource to look at off-site rental homes? Any sites I should avoid?

Be aware that VRBO & Homeaway are now billing travelers a 10% booking fee. If you find something you like there, you can always ask to book outside of VRBO.
