Hi all, I usually enjoy a glass or two of wine after work each day, but I'm looking to cut back on that and find some non-alcoholic beverages that I can enjoy and look forward to at the end of a long day. What are some of your favorites?

I got a Keurig and it's so much fun! I can have a different drink every single time if I want. Sometimes I have iced coffee, sometimes tea, sometimes "extra bold" hot coffee and other times decaf. I add various flavorings (fat free creamers, syrups, and so on) depending on my mood. No one else in the family uses the Keurig so it's my little treat. It's on the pricey side, but I scrimp a bit elsewhere to make up for it.

eta Things I also enjoy--Diet Coke with a splash of grenadine, fruity sodas from the international supermarket

I'm only an occasional soda drinker, but lately I discovered Cherry Crush and have been enjoying a can every couple of days. I also keep A&W rootbeer around for myself, and sometimes make it into a rootbeer float. My husband likes diet orange Fanta.

I love fruit-infused water.:lovestruc

I just add ice to the water pitcher I have in my fridge (I just fill it with tap water) and then add whatever combinations I feel like. Some of my favourite fruits:

Strawberries
Pineapple
Apple
Citrus (with cucumber)- I like lemons and oranges
Cherries
Watermelon

Often I add mint as well in the summer.

Then just let the water sit for about two hours and... there you go! There are tons of recipes online for different combinations, but you can really just get creative with whatever you like.:goodvibes

Lemonade. I make it myself (from the bottled lemon juice) and add about half the sugar recommended so it's very tart. I love it!!!

Tonic water with a slice of lime

Wine spritzer... dilute your wine with seltzer or club soda and maybe a few slices of fruit (use a cheap wine, no sense diluting good stuff)

Smoothie made with ice milk or nonfat frozen yogurt, orange juice, and whatever fruit I have in the house

Diet Coke. I drink way too much of it, though.

Sparkling water, either plain or with a slice of lemon.

our special NA drink (can't drink it every day, but it's a treat) is called a banana monkey...pina colada mix (NA of course) a little milk, ice and a banana blended all together...yummy

If you like milk, I'd go for Ovaltine. So yummy and it has a lot of vitamins.
