favorite month in spring? mar, apr or may?

got back from WDW 4days ago and Im thinking of my return date
what is your favorite month in Spring? Mar, Apr or May? (also planning Nov next year)
What weeks do you avoid due to heavier than normal crowds?
when are the festivals and which ones have you attended?

We usually go in May. That is fine. Next year I am shooting for late April/early May. I know that around Easter is supposed to be crazy busy. Other than that I think it is fine. I also do not want it to be too chilly in the am or evening.

We were just there almost the same time as you and I had my April vacation 2007 trip booked before we left! My oldest is in 6th grade now so we can no longer take him out of school - altho he will miss the monday after April vacation as I was able to save $960 due to the fact that we are going sun - mon instead of sat - sun. I love the Flower & Garden Festival at EPCOT during that time.

We will also keep our august plans as this was our second august trip and I love it. Yes, it's hot, but the crowds weren't bad and we did a lot.

We used to go in the middle of November during the Food & Wine Festival and that was great for crowds and weather. We have also been in May & June and I found them to be hot AND crowded. We have also been in late september/early october and it was still quite warm then but the crowds were managable.

There are good and not so good things about any time during the year. The best thing to do is pick a time that works for you.

we went in late march/early april. At first the crowds were okay but by the time the week hit that the kids took off school IT WAS AWFUL. thankfully that was only our last two days. We left the magic kingdom at 10am it was so bad. Definately avoid the spring breakers if possible!

May is too hot. I'd go with either March or April, whichever week would be the furthest away from Easter.
