Favorite Moderate Resort?

I would vote for CSR. It has a much better bus system than most resorts, a better pool and I love the food court.

By far the best of the mods. Landscaping is incredible, Food selection is nice, pool area has nice slide and good size, plus you get alot of quiet pools, and so many extras....(carriage ride, surrey bikes, boat ride to downtown disney, two themes alligator bayou and mansions, share with po french quarter, table service restaurant, feels like deluxe in my opinion!).

POR is a beautiful resort. Rooms are average but grounds are spectacular. Also the food court is great. Atmosphere, IMO, is better than the deluxe resorts we have stayed in.

I can't weigh in too much here. Only stayed at FQ out of the four listed. Although I do know I would never stay there again with the experiences we had. We did visit the CB, looked pretty nice.

POR ! Beautiful theming. I really don't think there is a bad resort at Disney, just depends on one's desire. I would actually like to try them all at least once. If I had to choose another Mod for our next visit I think I would really like to try CBR. Although, it doesn't always get the greatest reviews, friend of ours always end up staying there and tell us how awesome that resort is.
Maybe one day....

Have stayed at CSR and POR and visited POFQ, never been to CBR. Of the 3 we have been to or stayed at we really liked POFQ and POR. The whole resort is very nice and quaint, very charming and warm. I really did not like the feel at CSR, rooms were nice and the pool is really nice, but the whole resort is very big, always lots of people in the dining area, or the bar in the evening. Prefer to stay at Port Orleans. Really love the boat ride to DTD.

I chose the POFQ! It is our favorite resort. We have stayed here 4 out of 5 of our last trips. The landscaping is beautiful, the resort is small and compact and we can get to the pool, the laundry and the food court in less than 5 minutes! The CMs are just wonderful and so are the Mousekeepers. The rooms have always been very clean and we have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of very quickly. We are going back in August and have every intention of staying here again!!!

POR all the way... But that may change since we are going to CSR in 9 days. Cannot wait to try this resort out for the first time. I heave read so many great things about it on Buzz's site and on the boards. Look out here we come!!
