Do you have a favorite meal or snack at World Showcase? I've been checking out the menus and want to eat everything!! Last time we went, I don't think I was prepared for all the options and I got a little overwhelmed. I'm trying to plan our January trip and narrow down some must-do's. :earsboy:

Meals:

TS: pizza (margherita or Quattro formaggi), tiramisu, and strawberry aqua fresca to drink at Via Napoli.

QS: lamb shawarma platter at Tangierine Cafe. Oh, and an iced mint tea to drink.

These are both annual must-eats for me.

We have several "favorites" at WS:D Whats really tough, is trying to fit them all in in a short time.

So our go too over the years has been San Angel Inn. The atmosphere IMO is best on property(Be Our Guest tops it these days, but we are talking WS here, so back to that). We used to always go at lunch as they had a more generic Tex-Mex menu with Enchiladas and such thrown into more traditional Mexican dishes. As time has gone along the dishes have progressed and so has our palettes. So I can't attest to any one dish I would go for these days there, its all good IMO.

Nine Dragons doesn't get much love, some folks here will argue its no different than the Chinese take out up the street. Not where I am from is there any Chinese place like this. So Honey Sesame Chicken is the go too for us there.

Rose N Crown is another go too for us. From the simpler burger too the more complex dishes that may make you scratch your head in asking, "whats this", don't be scared, its all good.

Biergarten, another favorite, is fun, band is good, atmosphere makes you feel like you really are at a local German Octoberfest. Enough to choose from on the buffet that no one should go away hungry. Like Rose N Crown, you may scratch your head a bit and ask what do I safely eat? I find my German heritage shining through this place in the same dishes I grew up with that all along I thought were American dishes.

And finally, Via Napoli. This place gets a lot of love. As for me, not keen on a lot of the dishes here, but Picante Pizza is my reason for coming back. But you must eat it as I have been taught by an Italian DIS friend(AnnieT, you know who your are:-))eat it folded over. Tastier this way!

Quick service at Tangierine Café in Morocco is delicious. My husband and I really enjoyed it.
Dessert at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in France is amazing. Best éclair I've ever eaten.
Table service at Le Cellier is delicious, probably my favorite meal at Disney World.
We have reservations at Via Napoli for our next trip so I'm excited to try that!

Rose & Crown is one our traditions. We love the steak and fish and chips! We also eat at San Angel almost every trip. I love the avocado margaritas and the pork dish which I can't remember the name but its sooo good. Its not traditional tex mex though.

Margherita Pizza at Via Napoli (inside, not the window). A caramel dessert from Karamell kutche in Germany. A ham and apple sandwich (heated) from Norway's Kringla Bakeri Kafe. A raspberry macaron from the Patisserie in France...

Teppan Edo is our favorite place to eat in WS. Some favorite snacks would be anything at Karamel Kutche in Germany, the shaved ice in Japan, & salted caramel ice cream in France.

We enjoy all the TS at Epcot with the exception of Germany because we aren't big fans of the atmosphere of the sharing with a big group and that type of food. Our favorite changes each trip but we always go to Spice Road Tables for small plates and we love the inside Morocco as well.

We really enjoyed Nine Dragons as well and it's not as busy as the rest!

Margherita/Carciofi pizza at Via Napoli with a Diet Coke. This meal actually makes me moan.
