Favorite Holiday Treat?

As the Holiday season is quickly approaching, I need to know: What is your favorite holiday treat? I've tried to list the common ones but, of course, feel free to click other and let me know what should've been on the list!

Oreo truffles. Someone posted the recipe last year and I'm not sure whether to thank them or be mad at them.

They're sinfully wonderful and my niece won't let me in her house at the holidays if I don't have some with me.

Christmas cookies!

I have some great memories making them in the past, and I plan to make them with my kiddos this year. It's always good for a laugh. I'm not a skilled decorator, and boy does it show. But hey, they taste alright!

Our Christmas 'got to have' is marzipan.

Except for DS (I'm still not sure he is mine ) who usually gets a Terry's Chocolate Orange instead.

we have at every holiday what daughter calls "green slime". It is sooooooo good, I think I need to make some holidays up. It is lime jello, crushed pineapple, cool whip, and cottage chhese and you put it in the fridge to set up mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I had to vote other. I am addicted to Peppermint Bark (technically would be chocolate and candy canes). I am so much addicted that I can NOT purchase it anymore. I can not resist it. God help me if I go to a party and it is there. Last year I stole the plate. Ashamed, yes! Was it good? Darn straight it was!!

Pumpkin Pie another downfall, I bake a whole pie every Thanksgiving even though I am the only one who eats it. I love it for breakfast. You would think I would buy a small pie, nope look for the largest one in the freezer case....

Cookies are my favorite treat at Christmas.

I love fudge too, and peanut or cashew brittle.

I even love homemade fruitcake, made with my recipe. It only uses the candied fruits, not the peels, and it's moist and yummy!

I love Christmas cookies. My mom has a wonderful secret shortbread recipe. They last maybe a couple of days at our house.

Of course, I love candy canes, my grandma's fudge, and egg nogg! Why wasn't that on here?
