We’ve stayed In 2 and 5, loved them both. Have walked down to where it starts around 14. Don’t like it down there as much. Water is more like a wading pool and lots of shells, very rough to walk in.
We stayed in 2, 3, 4 and 8. For us, 3 and 4 are perfectly located, allowing easy access to the restrooms, to Cookies 2 for multiple trips back with food, while far enough from the demarcation line with the regular beach. The only advantage of a higher-numbered cabana is the better view of the ship, but the water in front of 8 and higher can often be too shallow to swim in.
We have only stayed in a cabana once and it was 21. Got lucky about a week before our cruise and a few opened up. Water was a little shallow but loved it for our boys being able to play on the sand bar and float on rafts. Cabana was paradise, didn’t mind it at all!
We've had cabana 9 once and 8 twice. We like to be a little further away from the family beach but not so far away that we have a trek to Cookies 2. But, as others have said, they are all great
We’ve had 4, 6 and 8 and requested 8 again for our upcoming cruise. No complaints on any of these, they’re all great. We personally liked 8 because there’s a little more distance from the rope separating the cabanas from the family beach and also liked that it was about equal distance to Cookies 2 and the cabana guests bathrooms.
