Favorite extra activities at MK?

These are all great ideas. Would love to know a good trail to follow for a leisurely half-hour walk (Dole Whip float in hand) just to take in details, flowers, birds. My interest in the rides is diminishing. Still like Tiki Birds and a few others, though. Age changes us in surprising ways. I still chase around, but it's unfulfilling.

Animal Kingdom has the good trails. At MK, I think there's a walkway between Space Mountain and Barnstormer that is quiet.
