Favorite Epcot restaurant?

Title says it all. The only one at Epcot we have done is Akershus. We are going 12/20-12/24, me, hubby and 2 kids (ages 7,5). What do you suggest? We aren't picky eaters.

Biergarten is a favorite of ours and is fun for kids
Also Garden Grill has great characters - food is good too
Coral Reef has good food and the fish can be entertaining
Teppan Edo is good and has a food prep show

Both were good food (better food at Chefs we thought) and the show at Teppan Edo was good. Chefs would be first choice. San Angel Inn and Rose & Crown were only eh.

VIA NAPOLI ... This restaurant is not only our favorite in EPCOT but in all of Disney. From the Appetizer (calamari) to the Dessert (zepole) you really cant go wrong.

Of the TS places I've eaten in Epcot other than Akershus: I really like Biergarten and Garden Grill, although since I heard GG is apparently broken and doesn't rotate anymore, I'm a bit sad about that one. Rose & Crown was pretty good, Chefs de France was decent, I thought Marrakesh was only okay, and Monsieur Paul didn't impress me much at all.

Rose and crown is excellent. We ate there last summer and everything they brought out was extremely good. Scotch egg is by far my favorite appetizer of anywhere on property.

Via Napoli
It's a must try for pizza/pasta/salad's! Such great food, service and atmosphere! We always eat there upon arrival and sometime before we leave. Love It!

Biergarten!

The food is good and the show is entertaining. Plus, it's a lot of fun to meet/talk with/sit with different people!

Epcot has so many great options, I am yet to be disappointed in any TS I've tried there!

Biergarten is my alltime favorite TS in Epcot. Food, entertainment, and theming are fantastic.
I also love Garden Grill and San Angel Inn. GG has great character interaction and I enjoyed the food (especially the salad). San Angel Inn is a great place for lunch, in my opinion. I loved going in there & feeling like we are dining by moonlight on a romantic evening.... at 12:30 in the afternoon lol Teppan Edo was also great! Not my first choice, because we have restaurants like that at home, but still good, nonetheless.

Akershus breakfast

For kids your age I would go with Beirgarten or Teppan Edo ... Both are very good with a bit of dining entertainment : )

There are only 2 table services DW and I would not return to in the foreseeable future: Nine Dragons and Via Napoli. Other than that We could eat anywhere else with satisfaction. Would prefer Monsier Paul, Tutto Itialia or Biergarten but any of the others would suffice in a pinch.

Garden Grill (when it rotates)

Via Napoli

(Haven't yet tried Coral Reef, Rose and Crown, La Hacienda de San Angel, or San Angel Inn.)

For the ages of your kids, I would recommend Garden Grill (if it's rotating), Via Napoli or Biergarten - in that order.

All fabulous. Coral Reef was one we tried on a whim, not expecting much and it turned out to be amazing!

We still very much enjoy Le Cellier (although hating on it seems to be the cool thing to do now) but Via Napoli has taken the crown for us recently. It's the meal we most look forward to. The food and service have always been spectacular.
