Title says it all. The only one at Epcot we have done is Akershus. We are going 12/20-12/24, me, hubby and 2 kids (ages 7,5). What do you suggest? We aren't picky eaters.

I love the Coral Reef, Nine Dragons and the Garden Grill. We eat at the Coral Reef every time we've been there. The only place, in fact that I did not care for that much is Restaurant Marrakesh, mainly because I didn't care for the spices. The restaurant was nice, but I'm picky when it comes to spices.
I've eaten at the majority of the Epcot restaurants and my absolute favourite, all things considered, is Via Napoli. Great atmosphere, wonderful authentic pizza, and it's pretty good value for Disney - eaten there several times and haven't had anything but an excellent experience. I love it so much that I have two dinners and one lunch booked for our November trip, but I'll likely cancel one of them.
Coral Reef can be a bit hit or miss, but if you are lucky enough to get a table next to the tank it's a great experience.
Am I the only person who felt totally uncomfortably at Biergarten? I loved the food, loved the atmosphere, loved the band, but I could not get over sharing a table with two other parties. It was so awkward. I was in a party of two and we're both pretty shy. The other parties were talking up a storm and trying to make small talk with us, and I just wanted to be left alone so I could have a beautiful private moment with my giant plate of sausages and kraut

I love this restaurant, the food, the music, but I agree with you about the seating arrangements. A little awkward. We are a family with a few small kids and I was surprised they sat a young couple with us. It was just the two of them and they probably just wanted to be alone and here they were seated next to a family of five! I was uncomfortable. I am sure they didn't want to sit with someone else's kids!
Marrakesh is my favorite restaurant in epcot, though the food can be a bit different (they seem to make the best lamb dishes). If your looking for staple food Chef de France is delicious as well.
If your looking for quick food tapas like place the spice road cafe was good if you wanted something unique.
Another vote for Via Napoli. We had a bad experience at Coral Reef when we were seated at one of the "C" shaped tables and I sat about a foot away from another party eating there. They weren't bad people, it was just very awkward listening to their conversations and we felt uncomfortable having our own.
