VWL studios are our fave. Our only other exp in a studio was at OKW. Dont get me wrong, love OKW, but I love the couch rather than a bed to sit on.

Thanks for all your input! We made our decision based on Location...Location...Location! I booked 2 Garden/Pool View Studios from July 3-July 6. We are wait listed for Boardwalk View.

The 16 year olds (who turn 17 in August) wanted to be able to walk to the parks and enjoy the Boardwalk Area in the evening.

Great for me...because I love Jelly Rolls!

Any advice on room requests for Boardwalk Garden/Pool View?

Studios at BCV-SAB and EPCOT, BWV-EPCOT/DHS, BLT-MK-not interested otherwise.

No one's mentioned BCV. I really like their studios, especially for two reasons. For one thing, if you get a lock-off, the connecting door, thru which noise sometimes seeps, is up by the "front" door. When we've stayed at VWL and AKV, the connecting door was across from the bed. DH is a light sleeper, and this bothered him. The other thing I like is the little shelf just as you enter the studio, where you can deposit your room key and visor.

Agree and so is SSR's.

Great choice! I know you will be happy.

For us I like to ask for a room off of the village green - Love to watch the boats docking. I'm sure the other rooms are just as nice, but think a view of the main pool would bother me (scary glowing eyed clown face)

I really like the Village Green view. These rooms overlook the Area between the Inn and Villas on the lake side of the resort. Next best thing to a Boardwalk view.
