Favorite Disneyworld Resort to stay at?

For DVC I have only stayed at our home resort, AKV, and BWV. We loved our home resort. We have stayed at many other resorts throughout Disney though, but I love my home so far.

I voted BWV because of EPCOT. I like there standard rooms value.

There is something I love about every one of the resorts we have stayed at. If I had to pick one, it would be BLT but we will be staying at GFV in less than 3 weeks so that may change. I honestly would be happy staying at any DVC as long as the room is clean.

BWV is my favorite. Mostly for location (close to Food and Wine) but also after so many visits it really feels like "home."

That's the way we feel about BWV. That is why it is our home resort. We always feel like we are coming home there. The CMs just left the light on for us.

It's a tie, We love Animal Kingdom and BLT. At Animal Kingdom Kidani, we loved the location, the animals, the pool, the villa's decor and all the amenities. And at Bay Lake Tower, we loved the location, the pool, the villa with a great view of Magic Kingdom's Cinderella's Castle and the overly helpful Cast Members in the lobby. Good luck in choosing your 2nd home resort.

We are two adults over 60 and we own two small contracts. One (100 points) at BWV and (55 points) at SSR. Just enough for studio stays every year.

We just stayed at SSR in the Grand stand section and it was just OK..... wishing we were at BWV the whole time.

We love the BWV for the ease of walking to and from Epcot and DHS. We kind of hate the busses. We will even walk through Epcot to take the Monorail to and from MK.

I voted for BWV and as soon as I can snag another small contract at BWV, we will sell the SSR.

My favorite and one of my home resorts is BWV. Next in line would be BLT and then AKL. I also own at BCV but haven't booked a room there in many years - it no longer appeals to me.

Cool beans! My last trip to WDW was over 15 years ago, and my upcoming trip will be my first time there as DVC owners. We are there for 2 weeks doing a split stay between the top 2 vote getters AKV and BWV! Super stoked to hear that they are amongst the favorites

My favorite two resorts are AKV and BLT, so I voted BLT since the OP owns AKV. BLT is a easy 10 minute walk to MK which is a park we always do more than once each trip. The 1 & 2BRs are nicely arranged with larger livings rooms especially in the even number rooms. There is a great QS at CR called the Contempo Cafe. And you have a great variety of TS restaurants at all of the resorts in the MK area.

Grand Floridian!!!! Ugh, I just love everything about it from 1900 Park Fare to Basin to the beautiful rooms to the pool. I'm so in love with it.

I voted BLT for the walk to MK and monorail ride to Epcot since I have a 9 month old

I really enjoyed AKL-Kidani on previous adult visits, so that would have been my vote last year

I have not stayed at Beach Club or Boardwalk- so I cannot comment on those yet

And I'm sure as the kids get older I will change, I can already see them liking the pool at Beach Club when they get older, or wanting to stay at AK to see the animals, etc.....
