I already posted....but would like to add a few more!

Sight.....My 13 yo DD putting on those plush Mickey ears and wanting to have her picture taken!!
Sounds.....Aerosmith while riding RnRC.
Touch.....the rope blocking Liberty Sq before opening.....it's awesome to be one of the first ones...right up close enough to touch the rope just before it drops!!!
Smell......all the great food at Ohanas for the character breakfast!!!
Taste.....all the great food at Ohanas for the character breakfast!!!

Sound: My DS belly laugh as he makes Dumbo go up and down and I pretend to be scared.
Touch: Cuddling in the bed at our WDW resort at night as we watch the bedtime stories
Taste: the drink concoctions my DS makes me at the concierge lounge
Smell: Main Street Bakery

touch- those first steps onto Main Street, gives me chill bumps EVERY time!

SIGHT - Partners with MY castle in the background

SOUND - ALL Disney theme music AND me SCREAMING on RnRC (and of course Aerosmith!)

SMELL - Musty water smells (THANK GOD I'M NOT WEIRD!! Thanks everyone!)

TASTE - Frozen Lemonade in AK

TOUCH - Feel of the warm Florida sun!! (Me in NJ now . . . ) AND most importantly, the way my heart feels when I bring my girls to WDW!!

ok mine will have to be:
smell: the smell of the candy store on main street U.S.A and the apple pie smell on mickeys philarmagic
sight: not sure how to explain this but the balconys outside cosmic rays i love sitting there watching the birds in the water and that second long view of the park before going down on splash mountain
taste: the best taste really anywhere where there is the right ingrediants must be frunch from the animal kingdom lodge
sound: the water splashing up after the drop on splash mountain, the music in M.G.M studios and the slpashing water from the fountain in EPCOT
touch: mine hasto be the wind in your face when on a ride (e.g BTMR, primeval whirl barnstormer etc.)

This is one of the most creative threads ever! I know that I already posted my favorite senses, but my sister wants to share hers now, as well...

Smell :: She's all happy because she isn't crazy, she loves the smell of the water in the parks and the lagoon.
Sight :: Mission: Space. Inside, outside, the whole thing.
Touch :: The soft Tigger costume of the CMs.
Sound :: Wishes. (Pfff that's one of mine, too.)
Taste :: Chocolate milk at Whispering Canyon Cafe.

Smell-- Flowers at Epcot or the smell of Jasmine at AK

Sound- the music when you enter EPCOT

Touch- animal experiences at AK

Sight- fireworks at night

Taste -- fish and chips at EPCOT (can you believe I actually dream about and crave these?)

Sound: the music to Spectromagic - loved it so much we walked back down the aisle to it in my wedding! & the monrail door saying

Taste: Mickey bars & columbia harbor house chicken tenders

Sight: characters (i still get excited to see them) & the castle at night

Touch: the feel of the water spray in "the little mermaid" show at MGM

Smell: i have to agree with the rome smell in spaceship earth

(DH) Touch: touching the "jumping" water at epcot fountains

(DH) Sound: hearing the wolf howling at haunted mansion

(DH) Smell: the popcorn machine by space mountain

Smell: The boat exhaust/fuel smell around the water at the World Showcase in Epcot--very nostalgic!

Sound: The fountain music just in side Epcot or The British Invasion in England--it's a toss-up! I love both!

Touch: The roughness of the various concrete walls I sit on or lean against at Epcot.

Sight: The night sky inside Mexico...the intricate filigree Christmas lights on the bridge to The World Showcase...the Boardwalk seen from the boat that goes from the Dolphin to Epcot...too much to choose from!

Taste: the Thienot Champagne at the wine kiosk outside of France.

Now Me:
Smell- Rome Burning in Spaceship Earth
Taste-Dole Whips, pizza from Unos, popcorn
Touch-Walking down Main Street USA holding Ron's hand
Sound- Good Evening (the start of Illuminations)
Sight-I love it all but if I had to pick one thing it would be the landscaping. Or the endless minutes we spend sitting outside of Ice Station listening and watching the fountain at EPCOT.

DH and I rented a house on a lake for 2 years and had a little boat. So the smell of boat exhaust/fuel is extrememly nostalgic!
