Favorite Dishes?

Headed to WDW in December with the DW, and it's the first trip without the kids. So we decided to try some new restaurants that we haven't done before. I'd just like to get a sense of what yall's favorite dishes are at the following restaurants to help narrow down my choices. What are some must try's at these restaurants?

Tony's Nothing this is one of 2 restaurants at WDW that are on my never again list.

We've tried Jiko and thought it was okay. Their filet was pretty good. Only been to Tony's once, but we will never go back again. It was terrible!

Are there any other restaurants you are considering???

Jiko: I've enjoyed just about everything I've had there. The grilled wild boar tenderloin appetizer is so good that I've been known to order a double portion as an entree. The maize-crusted halibut is very good and the filet mignon is excellent.
Ches de France: Alsatian onion/bacon flatbread is a favorite (Flatbread a la Flamme Alsacienne). I don't care for their entrees, so I just get the flatbread and another appetizer or soup/salad.
Teppan Edo: Everything is OK. Just typical teppanyaki with a bit a Disney flair in the "show" portion. I remember liking the shrimp and chicken more than the beef (although it was decent). Wouldn't pay for expensive upcharges like Wagyu or lobster at this restaurant. At that price level there are better places.
Sanna: Another vote for the bread service with all the toppings. I really like the butter chicken and spicy durban shrimp, too. One of my favorite restaurants!
Tony's: I like good Italian food, which is not available at Tony's. They just plop the (poor) sauce on top of the pasta, like a school cafeteria. Easily the worst table service Italian restaurant in the entire resort.

The only 2 Ive eaten at in the past 3 years or so is Jiko and Sanaa. Jiko we recommend the
Inguday Tibs in Brik
Botswana Seswaa-style Beef Short Rib
Snake River Farms Wagyu Strip Loin
Oak-grilled Filet Mignon
For Sanaa we recommend the
Indian-style Bread Service with all Nine Accompaniments
Spice Route Charcuterie
Potjie Inspired Dw and I get the Butter Chicken, Spicy Durban Shrimp, Paneer Tika and Lentil Dhal.
Cant help with desserts since we dont get those.

Jiko - never have eaten there

Chefs de France- Salade de Chevre Chaud - Baked goat cheese with walnuts, fresh grapes, tomatoes, endives and mixed salad
AND Jarret de Porc Braise, Spaetzles et brocolis - pork shank braised served with spaetzles egg noodles and broccoli

Teppan Edo - Filet Mignon - 6 oz. beef tenderloin USDA choice steak AND the Shrimp

Sanaa-Indian Style Bread Service AND
Tandoori Shrimp served Open-faced on Naan Bread with Minted Greens, Tomato, Onion, and Cucumber Raita

Tony's- the House Salad AND the spaghetti

Are there any other restaurants you are considering???

BOG dinner if it becomes available. Other than that, I’ve already been to the Crystal Palace and Skippers. Skippers was really good, but like I mentioned, were trying TS that we haven’t done before.

Are you looking at Breakfasts or Dinners? Cape May Cafe for Breakfast is a favorite of ours along with Tusker House. Yachtsman Steakhouse for dinner can't be beat in my mind. Rose and Crown Pub is a good non-signature dinner at Epcot. I have heard good things about Le Cellier, too.
