Favorite DCA breakfast spots?

I enjoyed the breakfast corndog at Corn Dog Castle earlier this week. It does have egg, though it could be avoided if you wanted to. Inside the corndog there is a smallish sausage on the first part of the stick and then a section of egg below that which could be pulled out/not eaten.

That sounds delicious! I'll have to try it next time.

Fiddler, Fifer & Practical if you want grab and go breakfast.

I'm not a big fan of breakfast while touring so usually just get a pastry and then early lunch.

The chorizo breakfast burrito at Cappuccino Cart near the bridge is great. Bonus, you can get a nice cup of coffee there.

We are planning on having lunch by the pool a few of they days we are there. Do you know if it's the same lengthy wait when ordering poolside too? If so I may mobile order before we even head to the pool and see if it's quicker.

Order from the poolside servers. It will be faster. Same menu.
