Favorite CS places for a gluten allergy?

I posted this elsewhere and was directed here - so here's go:

I've made all our ADRs and understand it's sort of simple for TS meals to make sure you're dining gluten free.

What about CS meals? Any favorite places? We're skipping AK this time... so MK, Epcot, and DHS... Where's your favorite spot? Which places seem to have the most gluten-free alternatives?

Contact Special diets - there is a link in FAQS & they will send you a list of available foods at Counter services-Even tho we go alot I stil print out the info and take with me.

Most have the Tapioca buns for hamburgers & Hot dogs, chicken.
Some places have dedicated ovens for Fries. They do not deep fry fries at WDW- they use an oven to bake them.

Sunshine seasons at Epcot is my fav. The place that has Chicken and salmon, has really good food. mashed potaotes and carrots.
MK & DHS has pizza places that have amy's pizza..
no matter what they aren't that great

Main street bakery has all kinds of GF snacks- great brownies
The popcorn has always been safe - but check and make sure with special diets.
