Favorite Cruise line for Young Families Besides DCL?

What is your favorite cruise line for cruising with small kids besides DCL? We have cruised twice recently and had a great time! However, I am not happy with the limited offerings, no deck parties, etc. and I am not sure we can keep justifying the price. We have two small children and we do not utilize the kids clubs so we are looking for something that offers family activities. What have your experiences been like on other cruise lines?

While I don't have young kids, I've read that Princess is good for families.
