Favorite counter service

I like all the places mentioned, and I will give another shout out to the Cozy Cones Mac and Cheese cone and the seasonal cone. We have to have that every trip. The lines get long, are in the sun, and the don’t have Mobile Ordering. It is pretty much the only place I will go that does not have Mobile Ordering because for us, mobile ordering is a MUST for saving of sanity. Please not one more line!

My twins loved the pizza at Red Rose Tavern, said it was the best they'd had. I got the cauliflower sandwich as I am vegetarian but it was messy and did not taste good. :worried:
We always order our Cauliflower Steak Sandwiches with the spicy aioli on the side. Less messy that way and the food has to be made to order, fresh. So then we know that the sandwiches haven't been sitting out.

One of my favorites that I’m not seeing too much of here is the Mac and cheese come from the Cozy Cone in Cars Land, I have to get one every time! Bengal Barbecue and the corn dogs are also up there for me

I totally get that off experience after so many people have raved about it. For me it was the lobster nachos at Lamplight Lounge. It just was a total miss. They were kind of cold and tasteless to me. It could also have been we had the nachos at the Craftsman Bar just a day or two before and they were amazing. Hopefully you will have a better experience next time!
THe lobster nachos have gone down SIGNIFICANTLY in quality from the days of yore.

In DL- You can also get corn dogs via mobile order at Stage Door Cafe in Frontierland. We usually go here rather than the wagon because we can get fries instead of chips or apples.
Not sure why the corn dogs just taste better from the little red Wagon. I've had them at Stage door and in DCA and it just wasn't the same.

I have to try the mint juleps next time. I always forget about those. I’ve been dying to try one of the bread bowls too.... I love clam chowder. And bread bowls. I just gained 5 pounds just saying that out loud.
I had my first one 2 years ago and not it's a must get every time!

Flo's for sure - I also love their breakfasts.
Jolly Holiday
Harbour Galley for the lobster rolls!

Agree. We get them with the steak now.

Agree with this. We find the corn dogs from Stage Door Cafe to be okay, but greasy. Not the case at the Little Red Wagon or Corn Dog Castle.

One should probably elaborate on this because the HG lobster rolls are a bit different than what you typically get with a lobster roll in most of the country.

Here's my take on the HG lobster roll from 2015. Maybe things have changed, but I doubt it

I won't say I'm a connoisseur of lobster rolls, but I've had a LOT of them in my days. This was probably the least flavorful/yummy one ever. If anybody wants a truly awesome lobster roll in California, try the lobster roll at Ironside down on India Street in Little Italy in San Diego. It’s phenomenal. Compared to this one... this tasted like a bun filled with wet paper towels. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had one in November and couldn’t stand it! So disappointing!
