Favorite counter service meals?

We're 18 days away from our first trip to the World. and have our ADRs all worked out for our TS meals. What we don't know is what some of the better places are for CS meals. We're park hopping and will need to eat a CS meal (for lunch mostly) in nearly every park at some point during our visit.

Any suggestions? Any favorites?

Tangerine Cafe at Morocco in Epcot. That's got to be the #1 of the CS.

Agree with Tangerine would also have to add th we window over at the Rose and Crown cant have a trip with some fish and chips

Pecos Bill's at MK; they have a good bacon cheeseburgers with a fabulous topping bar including sauteed fresh mushrooms and onions. Flame Tree and Tusker House at AK. Agree with above posters re: Morocco in Epcot.

my family always has to have hot dogs from caseys in mk, so if you are hot dog people that is good. mexican is not bad in epcot. there is a small cart outside drew careys sound show that serves good cheese steaks. tusker house is animal kingdom is very good. have a magical trip

Haven't tried Morocco, however, Casey's at MK and Flame Tree at AK are faves of ours.

Our MK favorite is Columbia Harbor House.

In Epcot we like most of the CS but our favorites are Cantina San Angel and Tangerene cafe and my dh likes the Fish & Chips at UK. My dd's like the CS in both Japan and China so we often "graze"!

At AK we love Tusker House and the chicken place in aisa (can't remember the name?).

Honestly though, we don't like any of the CS at MGM and usually do a TS lunch instead at 50's prime time or Mama Melrose. Since we usually park hop we have our TS meal for lunch at MGM and CS for dinner at another park, usually Epcot. We do anything we can to avoid the CS in MGM

Peco Bills at MK. The best hamburgers on property, with a condiment bar that has mushrooms and onions.
I usually try to eat salads for lunch, but when at Peco Bills I loss control, and have to have my cheeseburger with mushrooms.

PECOS BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We love the hambergers and the burger bar!!!!! I also love the chicken salad there. Plus, you can put the hot cheese on your fries....drool!

We also like the Flame Tree BBQ at AK.

Epcot: Haven't eaten CS there but I do NOT recommend Cantina de San Angel
MK: Casey's Corner, Pecos Bill, Columbia Harbor House
MGM: ABC Commissary

We always eat at Cosmic Rays. Great fixins bar. DH actually looks forward to it.

MK -- Pecos Bills or a turkey leg in Frontier Land
Epcot -- Brats or pretzels in Germany and a lamb sandwich from Morocco
AK -- Tusker House; roasted chicken and salmon dishes are fabulous
MGM -- haven't cared for any CS I've tried there

One place to STAY AWAY from is the Pinoccio Village House in MK. Blech.

Flame Tree at AK gets my vote. Also love the Morocco restaurant in Epcot. No big faves of mine for either MK or MGM.
