Favorite cocktails at these places

We check in 3 weeks from today. I really enjoy a nice cocktail with dinner. So tell me what your favorite cocktail at these places.

artist's Point
Citricos
The wave
Tutto Italia
Hollywood Brown Derby
Yachtman's Steakhouse

I'm a cosmopolitan / pomegranate martini kind of girl. I favor things like the Pomegranate COZ at the California Grill and the Dorma Nesmond (Ketel One Citron, pomegranate liqueur and cranberry juice) at the Brown Derby. At Tutto Italia, the Italian Margherita (grappa, limoncello, lime juice) is my favorite.

Disney has a standard cocktail menu at most of their restaurants now. In addition, restaurants may have a wine menu or a specialty cocktail. I don't recall any specialty cocktails at most of the restaurants you mention though because I got wine with their extensive wine lists.
