Favorite CM on DCL?

OK...I'll vote for PJ the manager of Palo.

Also, Christian and Kristoff were our servers there, and Marco is also fabulous.

Our servers were Sylvester from India and Ivan from Bulgaria and thry were the best. Before them, we had Jeff who is now a Head Server and Ellen who is in entertainment now. Anne Marie from Jamaica is now(or was) manager of...oh shoot....I can't think of it...the bar on Deck 10 and Danielo from the Phillipines is at the bar on Deck 9.

We have NEVER had inferior service from anyone on our 5 cruises. And we never will. My reason being...if we do start out that way...then I'll ask to be moved. I'm paying enough to be treated the way I expect to be treated and both DH and I are in jobs where we need to give "Excellent" customer service and I expect as much in return. And if a cabin host/hostess is inferior...I'll address that situation too. So, that's my dissertation for the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed Subhash and Constantin on the Magic in May and Efren, our stateroom host, was fantastic.

I would also agree with Natandmagsmom that if you get inferior service, ask to have the situation changed. Disney can't correct what they don't know about.

OH DEAR...we saw Ellen in December and she'd just come back from holiday. She didn't mention not re-signing. We will definitely miss her........

I'd also like to vote for Gemma, who is now in Palo's. She was our server on our first Disney cruise and really made it special for us!

We missed her last time due to her vacation but hoping to see her next time around!

Gee, I'll just have to go to Palo's more than once so I can say hello!

Nat, of course you can vote for Gemma. So what if you're prejudiced. I think every Mum ought to think her kid is the best. Besides in your case, Gemma IS really outstanding as affirmed by multiple folks on these boards over the years.

ALVIN and LEANDRO were a perfect team...As our servers, they made every meal MAGICAL (we felt service in PALO's, tho VERY GOOD, paled with their most EXCELLENT service). Alan personally phoned to advise he had reserved our 'Table for 3' even tho we requested it after check-in...

We were on the June 19th Western and really loved Jean (from Macedonia) and Maria (from England). Although they had some touch tables to deal with around us, we got top service and they were especially kind to our daughters. We also really enjoyed Salvatore as our server in Palo. He took care of us at dinner and later in the week at brunch, and his recommendations were right on.

Does anyone know if Cornelius is still a bar server (waiter) on the pool decks on the Magic? He was our favorite when we cruised in 2001...I was hoping he'd still be there when we cruise in Oct. 2004. Thanks to any that might know.
