We had Christopher Oliver as a Server he was fantastic...
I told him after the first evening meal that i did not wish to see a menu for the rest of the Cruise and He took care of me from there....

I believe he is now part of the Concierge Team Now....

We saw in oct.. of 03 after we had him in 02 and he remembered me for the reason stated above .....

My 19 year old will say that Marty, from Australia on the Wonder is her favorite...he is really cute. My 16 year old will say that Pierro in Common Grounds is her favorite. He talked to her a good bit about working on cruise ships and such. She is wanting to major in Recreation and work either on a cruise ship or at a resort, so she really enjoyed talking to him.

Hank from Jamaica our assistant serve was fabulous. We also like Christian our server, but Hank went that extra mile to ensure our dinig experience was "wonder"ful!! Our 3 yr old DGD wanted him to come home with us!! She cried at our last breakfast saying good bye (so did I)!!!

LOved Robin from Australia from the Wonder but he's gone now. Alex was wonderful this past cruise on the Magic from the Sport's bar. Took really good care of myself and mother. Kerry from Jamica on the Wonder has always been an awesome server. Hoping he's still on the Wonder for our upcoming cruise this week.

We had Collin and Nadim as our servers on the Magic and they were fantastic. Also, Emmanuel in Palo. Our cabin steward Derek was wonderful too.

On our recent 6-19 Magic cruise: Our server, Alex, from the Phillipines, and assistant server, Shontal, from Jamaica, -- both were the best we've ever had on any cruise (Disney or otherwise)!!! Jean in Palo was fabulous as well.

Just on the June 26 Eastern--our server, Navneet, and asst -Constantin were EXCELLENT. We had Navneet 2 years ago as an asst and he remembered us. Zouhaier, the head server--also had him 2 years ago-- was wonderful and got us changed to Navneet at our request. Last year's server Pirom remembered my son and came over to see him each night. We had Sompop as our room steward. I had read reports on him here that went both ways, but we loved him. He was very attentive, did an excellent job and eevn knew the family members not in our suite.

Just got off the ship today. We had Dante as our server and Kristoff assisting. Kristoff is going back up to Palo in a few weeks and I know he will be wonderful up there! What great personality and fun to have around. Dante was very efficient, took a few days to warm up to us, but he was terrific, doing magic tricks for the kids and going out of his way to remember things we liked and bring them again..

Another vote for Alex and Shontal!
We had them both in April, and have had Alex on two other occassions! Alex is the best server on the Magic!!!!!

And it's a tie between McLean and Gaspare for the best Head Server!!!

On our cruise is May 2002 we had terrible service. Server was having a bad week I think in addition to having 4 large tables to deal with. I'm so glad we got Alex and Shontal!! What a great team they make!! I'm hoping when we cruise again, we can get Alex or at least be able to say hello if he's still there. I'm not sure if Shontal will renew her contract. I think she misses her kids and wants to be with them, and being a Mom a totally understand!! She has got to be one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life!!

When we were on the 4/17 eastern (with Rae..... Hi Rae!) our favorite CM was our room hostess, Maricar from the Phillipines. She was absolutely the best room attendant we've had in five cruises. Our dining servers were good, but Maricar really made the week magical.

We just got back from vacation, and had Alvin for our server and Leandro for our assistant. Our head server was Alen. All three were "Excellent".

No question, MacClean rocks. He stopped by frequently during the week just to make sure everything was fine. And he did it in a non-instrusive way, none of this "is everything excellant stuff"
Only time we needed his services was on Saturday morning, we had late seating so we had the 8 am last morning breakfast.
The folks at our table for early seating, who were supposed to be there at 6:45 am, showed up at 7:30 am, after the kitchen had closed for early seating....so our table was occupied. MacClean quickly found an open table for us, and while we didn't get to have our normal wait team, Roberto and Marin (who also were great), we got handled quickly and without fuss.
