I'd like to book 1 or 2 character breakfasts and I'm just wondering which ones you liked best. Right now I'm looking at The Kitchen and/or the Superstar Character Breakfast. We will have mornings Monday- Friday so the Sunday at RPR is out for us.

Please let me know your favorite. I'd love to see pictures too if anyone has them- of the food, the site, and the characters.

I'm sure they are all great, I'm just very excited for this trip and there's not enough planning to do, so I'm creating planning issues for myself. lmao TY!!

close call between Tusker, Askerus and Ohana... but i would vote Ohaha..

Ohhh, I meant at Universal. Should I have said that? Did I fail to post in the Universal forum somehow?

Although I do like your recommendations. I haven't done any of those yet. Did the lunch at Tusker and it was fantastic!

nah, i just quickly replied without realizing which THREAD heading i was in. :(

We had a ball at the Superstar Character Breakfast when we were there in late April. Food was great (buffet style, not a huge selection but something for everyone), character interaction was FABULOUS, and 8 different characters who visit your table. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and it was quite possibly the best overall character meal we have ever done (value for price paid) ... and that includes when compared to the Disney character meals.

I am doing a trip report over on the trip reports board, and I will have a ton of photos from the breakfast (along with a full review) posted on that thread very soon.

Great, thanks! I'll be sure to watch for your trip report review.

Holy smokes....I just noticed that the price of the Superstar Breakfast has gone up substantially.

It was $25.99 pp when we booked. It's now $34.99 per person!! (less, of course, for kids)

Wow Gina. We paid like $25 adult too. Which I thought was fine, given Disney ones were $10 more. Guess getting in line with the mouse.

That now puts it MORE than breakfast at Disney's 1900 Park Fare. We loved the Superstar Breakfast......it was awesome!!.....but that's a painful price hike. I'm not sure I'd shell out over $30 per adult for breakfast.

This is why I'm looking at The Kitchen. It seems more reasonable. I'm trying to decide if SCB is worth the price difference. $105+ tax/ tip seems like a lot to spend for breakfast, but I would if it was worth it.
