favorite car cleaning/detailing products

i recently (last week!) bought a new car and i am really going to try to treat it well. it's my (in my price range) dream car.

i was wondering what people's favorite car cleaning products are? it has leather seats, so any good leather cleaners/conditioners would be appreciated as well.

Oh my gosh....I was thinking of posting this exact same question last night....I just never made it onto the boards!

Congrats on the new car! What is it? We bought our truck in Feb and so far I've just wiped the inside with a damp cloth. I'd like to find a nice leather cleaner also.

Meguiars , by far the best products

a little more expensive than some other products, but most of the people I've talked to at car shows swear by Meguiars, I give my car the 3 step treatment in the spring and it's good al summer they sell a quick detail spray, that is awesome it's for cleaning/shining the car between waxes....I was at a car show last summer it was a dusty venue, just sprayed the detailer and wiped it off with a terry towel, and the car looked like I had just waxed it with a buffer..

Dont do the meguiars. Zaino is by far the best. They have a cleaning solution for slight scratches and swirl marks, as well as the polish, and a youch up spray. Zaino by far is the best polish I have ever used. deeper shine, clearer mirror finish. You will hear about Zaino at local car shows, etc.

Meguires is what I use also. I love the deep shine it gives our vehicles. I use Armor All for the interior though.

I use Meguires gold class Rich leather foam cleaner/conditioner for the seats in my Expedition.

DH washes and waxes our cars every chance he gets, and he swears by Meguiars.

My car is brand new so it is supposed to look great, but his 8-year old car outshines every other car on our block.

hmm I'll check it out...I've been to lots of local car shows and to the Chrysler nationals 3 years straight and never heard of it..
