With the high cost of heating, and under a tight gift budget, I thought slipper socks would be a nice part of a "stay warm" theme for gifts I am giving. Not sure of the rest of the idea yet,(possibly a gift credit to Nicor, our gas co) but was wondering what type you ladies like..I know Karen Nueberger(sp?) are all the rage, but a little higher than I was planning to spend. Also, do they hold up well? Are they tight around your ankles? Any thoughts /advice will help!
