Favorite Bars

My favorite is where ever we happen to be! :rotfl:
BUT.......we love the Belle Vue and the bartenders are great! My drink is being poured before we get to the bar! It is so calm after a busy day in the parks. Tune in when we can get a seat or if we can't just take one to go. Rose and Crown is a must for DS for a Guinness. River Roost for entertainment. Hollie also has my drink ready before my seat gets warm! Crews Cup is good for a bite to eat. T-Rex and RFC in DTD. I haven't tried Portobello or Raglan Road but maybe next time! Haven't stayed at the POP for a while but the bartenders were really good there too!

We enjoy so many of them but my favorite is probably the outdoor bar between Raglan Road and Cookes of Dublin (I think it is technically part of Raglan Road). It is awesome to sit out there on a nice night and have a drink...the happy hour prices don't hurt either!!

In the past: Adventurers Club.

Currently: Probably ESPN Club. I spend many a night in there alone, while my wife is sleeping before running a marathon the next day. Never had a problem striking up a conversation with the staff or other patrons and it's the best place to catch a game. Good food too.

BlueZoo Lounge is definitely on the list of some place to check out.

Cabana Bar at S&D was pretty good, with some inventive drinks and a great selection of craft beer.

We discovered the Sousa Cigar bar at DTD this year and loved it. Good place and very quiet any time we were in.

Raglan road is also great nice and lively.

We did enjoy the odd drink at OKW as well and it was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by. Good service too.

I was disappointed in the Outer Rim bar at the Contemporary service poor and its just a bit blah. Its almost like they thought we have this empty space lets stick in a bar very odd.

I haven't tried nearly enough of these to say for sure!!;)

Rix Lounge at CSR is pretty cool and being a huge sports fan the ESPN club on the boardwalk. Also really like Rose & Crown at Epcot.:thumbsup2

MY favorite lounges include Crew's Cup at the Yacht Club, Victoria Falls at AKL and the bar at Il Mulino at the Swan.

I had to read that post 1/2 dozen times to see if I was missing something?:lmao:

All I can figure out is that somehow being gay is related to bad service?

Umm...how do I say this without sounding misogynistic?

Anyway, my guess is that she wasn't able to get the service she wanted because the bartenders were more flirtatious/attentive to the cute male customers than the cute female ones? :rolleyes1

Can we get back to the important topic-- Drinking!

My favorite isn't exactly a bar, but a dark beer from Sommerfest to enjoy in the Germany pavilion is tops, followed by Rose & Crown, then Big River Grille.
